Getting started with Oktio.app
Set up your account, understand your Instagram analytics, share media kits and reports, run your Brand CRM — and connect Oktio.app to Claude with the MCP connector.
Introduction
Oktio.app is a platform for Instagram creators. It connects to your Instagram Business or Creator account and turns your profile into professional analytics, a shareable media kit, campaign reports and Brand CRM — everything you need to understand your performance and win collaborations, in one place.
You can work with Oktio.app in the app, and connect it to Claude with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) so you can ask questions and take actions using your real Oktio.app data.
What you can do
- Understand your performance with analytics and Smart Insights.
- Build a professional media kit and share it on a public link.
- Create campaign performance reports for brands.
- Manage brand outreach with a pipeline, a Rate Card and a sponsored tracker.
- Connect Oktio.app to Claude via MCP.
- Export your Instagram data to your own data warehouse or storage — BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage or Amazon S3.
- Issue a free Oktio Verified certificate — signed proof of your real numbers that any agency can check.
Getting started
Getting set up takes a minute — you sign in with Instagram and Oktio.app imports your data.
Oktio.app requires an Instagram Business or Creator account. Instagram's insights API does not provide analytics for personal accounts, so you'll need to switch to Business or Creator (free) in the Instagram app first.
Open the app. Head to Oktio.app and choose to sign in with Instagram.
Sign in with Instagram. You'll authenticate through Instagram's official login and approve the permissions Oktio.app requests.
Oktio.app imports your data. Your profile, content and insights are pulled in, and your dashboard is ready.
What gets imported
- Your posts and reels.
- Insights such as reach and engagement, where Instagram makes them available.
- Audience demographics — age, gender and location.
- Your basic profile info and follower count.
Oktio.app only requests the permissions it needs, and you can disconnect at any time.
Analytics
Once you're connected, your dashboard brings your numbers together and explains them in plain language. Each figure is shown with a benchmark for creators your size, so something like your engagement rate is put in context, not just displayed.
Dashboard widgets
Your dashboard is built from focused, purpose-built widgets. Everything listed here is available on the Free plan.
- Daily Brief — a plain-language summary of what changed on your account since you last checked in.
- KPI Summary — followers, average reach, average interactions, engagement rate and your audience gender split, at a glance.
- Period selector — switch every widget between a 7-, 30- or 90-day window.
- Follower Growth — your follower trend over the selected period.
- Engagement Quality — a weighted score that values shares over saves over comments over likes, matching Instagram's 2026 ranking signals.
- Format Breakdown — how images, videos/reels and carousels each perform for you.
- Reels Performance — views, average views and views-per-reach for your reels.
- Content Patterns — your best-performing post hour, day, format, caption length and hashtag count.
- Story Analytics — a rolling 14-day insight window covering story reach, replies, profile visits and follow conversion.
- Reach Quality — follower vs non-follower reach, plus a virality ratio.
- Discoverability — a reach → profile-visits → follows funnel that shows how new content turns strangers into followers.
- Top Performing Posts — your strongest recent content, ranked.
Audience make-up, timing and comment mood have their own home in Audience, sentiment & timing, and recommendation-style guidance lives in Smart Insights.
All figures reflect the data Instagram exposes for your account, so what's shown can vary depending on your account type and history.
Media Kit
Build a professional media kit that stays up to date with your latest numbers — no more re-exporting screenshots before every pitch. Every media kit is live at its own link as soon as you create it — send that link to brands and agencies.
- Headline stats — followers, reach and engagement at a glance.
- Audience breakdown by age, gender and location.
- Sample content and your contact details.
- A public link anyone can open — no login required for viewers.
To restrict who can open a kit, protect it with a password, or switch on Ask brands for their e-mail: a brand then enters its name, company and e-mail to open the kit and appears in your Brand CRM. A kit has one or the other — switching one on turns the other off. To take a kit offline, delete it. Search engines stay out unless you switch on Allow search engines in the kit's settings — then Google and others can list it; a kit with a password or an e-mail request is never listed. Every kit also downloads as a PDF in eight languages: its Instagram numbers are signed as an Oktio Verified snapshot, with a code and a QR code anyone can use to check them.
A public media kit can also carry your Oktio Verified badge — a link to a signed certificate of your numbers that brands can check for themselves. See Oktio Verified.
Oktio Verified — how to verify a certificate
Oktio Verified is a free creator certificate: a digitally signed snapshot of a creator's real Instagram data — followers, engagement, reach, growth and, optionally, audience — issued by Oktio.app from the Instagram Graph API with the creator's consent. Anyone can verify it, no Oktio.app account needed. This guide is for agencies, brands and anyone who receives a certificate.
Verify in five steps
Scan the QR code or open the link. The QR code in the PDF or on the media kit points to https://oktio.app/v/<code> — for example oktio.app/v/7F3K-2QZP-8XLM. Any certificate can also be checked at oktio.app/v: enter its code, paste its link or type the creator's @handle — a handle works straight in the address too, oktio.app/v/@handle.
Check the domain. The address bar must show oktio.app. A lookalike domain, a screenshot of the page or the PDF alone proves nothing — only the live page on oktio.app does.
Read the status banner. Valid — issued within the last 30 days and the signature checks out. Expired — the values are still shown, but flagged as older than 30 days; ask for a renewed certificate. Revoked — the creator withdrew it; no values are shown. Invalid — the signature does not match; treat it as untrustworthy and let us know.
Compare certified vs. live. Each metric shows the certified value with its date next to the live value from the latest Oktio.app Instagram refresh. A follower drop of more than 10 % is highlighted. If live values are unavailable, the creator has disconnected Oktio.app from Instagram — a signal in itself.
Match the fingerprint. The page shows a 16-character document fingerprint. The same fingerprint is printed under the QR code in the PDF — if they differ, the PDF is not the document Oktio.app issued.
What the page proves — and what it doesn't
The certificate proves integrity: the values were read from the Instagram Graph API for that specific account (Instagram ID, username and avatar) on the stated date, and nobody — not even the creator — has changed them since. The Instagram ID is part of the signed data, so a certificate cannot be reused for a different account.
It does not judge audience quality. A valid certificate does not by itself tell you whether followers were bought or engagement is organic. Quality signals — engagement versus the tier benchmark, growth anomalies, audience geography, reach rate — are planned for a later phase. Until then, use the live comparison and the 30- and 90-day growth figures as your sanity check, and see the methodology for exactly how each number is calculated.
A certificate is valid for 30 days. Ask for one no older than 30 days for every collaboration — a creator can renew it for free (on the Free plan once an hour). Automatic renewal is an opt-in Pro setting: with Auto-renew weekly switched on in Oktio Verified → Settings, the creator gets a fresh certificate every 7 days while Instagram stays connected. A renewed certificate gets a new code; the old one stays verifiable with a "newer certificate exists" note. In the same settings, Allow search engines (off by default) lets Google and other search engines list the creator's newest valid certificate.
Contract clause Coming soon
We're preparing a one-paragraph clause (Czech, Slovak and English) that agencies can add to creator contracts — requiring an Oktio Verified certificate no older than 30 days as part of the agreement. It will be published here after legal review.
Request verification from a creator
Is a creator you want to work with missing a valid Oktio Verified certificate? Ask them for one. You need no Oktio.app account, and requests are free for brands and creators.
For brands and agencies
Look up the creator. At oktio.app/v, enter the creator's @handle. Without a valid certificate you see Ask the creator for verified statistics: fill in your brand or agency, your e-mail and, optionally, the campaign and what else you would like to see (the audience, for example). There is no free-text message.
Confirm your e-mail. We send a confirmation link to your address; it is valid for 30 minutes. An unconfirmed request goes nowhere.
Send the creator the link yourself. After confirming, you get a private request page and an e-mail with its link. Copy the link for the creator from it, with a message you can send, and pass it on by direct message or e-mail. Oktio.app never contacts the creator.
See the answer. When the creator shares their certificate, you get an e-mail and the request page opens the certificate's verification page. If the creator declines, the page only says that the request was declined.
For creators
The invite shows who is asking: the brand's name, the domain of its e-mail address (or company not verified when it wrote from a personal mailbox such as Gmail) and the campaign. To answer, sign in with Instagram and share your certificate with the optional groups you choose, or decline. Open requests are also in the app under Oktio Verified → Requests from brands, and an assistant connected through the Oktio.app MCP connector can list them and, after you confirm, accept or decline them.
When you accept, the brand gets an e-mail and becomes a lead in your Brand CRM, including its e-mail address, which the brand agreed to share with you. Before that you see only its domain. You can revoke the certificate at any time.
Validity and data
- A request can be answered for 30 days after the brand confirms it; then it expires.
- Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 24 hours, confirmed ones after 12 months.
- The brand can withdraw its request at any time on the request page. A certificate the creator has already shared stays theirs.
What the certificate contains — methodology 2026-09
Every certificate states its methodology version (2026-09) so its numbers can be cited and compared. All values come from the Instagram Graph API for the creator's own Business or Creator account, with the creator's explicit consent — first-party data, not public-profile scraping. That is why a certificate can include reach, saves, shares and audience demographics, which are not visible from the outside.

Rules
- Window. Performance metrics use a rolling 90-day window ending at the time of issue; followers are all-time; growth is reported for both 30 and 90 days.
- Interactions are likes + comments + saves + shares as reported by Instagram. Views and plays are not counted as interactions.
- Engagement rate divides by followers — the industry convention for comparing creators. The Rate Card uses the same followers-based formula over a 30-day window, so small differences between the two come from the window, not the formula.
- Live values on the verification page come from the Instagram data Oktio.app refreshes regularly, never fetched on demand; the refresh time is shown next to them.
- Validity is 30 days. Renewing issues a new certificate with a new code and a fresh snapshot; it never overwrites an earlier one.
- Deliberately not included: Rate Card and prices (negotiation, not fact), best posts, online hours and sentiment. Quality indicators (a later phase) will be computed when the page is viewed and are not part of the signed data, so the methodology can improve without re-issuing certificates.
- Privacy. Audience data is aggregated percentages only — nothing about individual followers. Verification visits are counted anonymously (hashed IP and country, no cookies).
Oktio.app confirms that the values shown were obtained from the Instagram Graph API on the stated date for the stated account. Oktio.app does not guarantee future performance or any business decision made on the basis of a certificate.
Verify the signature (for developers)
Every certificate is signed with Ed25519 by the Oktio.app server and the public keys are published, so you can verify a certificate offline and independently of the Oktio.app verification page — in an agency tool, a contract-compliance check or a script.
How the signature is made
Payload → canonical JSON. The certificate payload (the certificate.payload object) is serialized with the JSON Canonicalization Scheme (RFC 8785), so every implementation produces byte-identical JSON.
Fingerprint. canonicalHash = SHA-256(canonical), hex-encoded. Its first 16 characters are the document fingerprint printed under the QR code and shown on the verification page.
Signature. signature = Ed25519.sign(privateKey, canonical) — pure Ed25519 over the canonical bytes, no pre-hash. The id of the signing key is stored as keyId.
Public keys
Keys are published at https://api.oktio.app/.well-known/oktio-verified.json (also GET /v1/public/certificates/keys). Older keys stay listed after a rotation so earlier certificates keep verifying; current marks the key used for new certificates.
{
"keys": [
{
"kid": "k2026-09",
"alg": "Ed25519",
"publicKey": "<base64, 32 raw bytes>",
"current": true
}
]
}
Node.js example
Fetch the certificate from GET https://api.oktio.app/v1/public/certificates/<code>, pick the key whose kid matches certificate.keyId, canonicalize the payload and verify. Node's crypto expects the raw 32-byte key wrapped as SPKI DER:
// npm i canonicalize (RFC 8785 JSON Canonicalization Scheme) import { createPublicKey, createHash, verify } from 'node:crypto'; import canonicalize from 'canonicalize'; const API = 'https://api.oktio.app'; const code = '7F3K-2QZP-8XLM'; const cert = await (await fetch(`${API}/v1/public/certificates/${code}`)).json(); const { keys } = await (await fetch(`${API}/.well-known/oktio-verified.json`)).json(); const key = keys.find(k => k.kid === cert.certificate.keyId); // Node wants the raw 32-byte Ed25519 key wrapped as SPKI DER const raw = Buffer.from(key.publicKey, 'base64'); const spki = Buffer.concat([Buffer.from('302a300506032b6570032100', 'hex'), raw]); const publicKey = createPublicKey({ key: spki, format: 'der', type: 'spki' }); const canonical = Buffer.from(canonicalize(cert.certificate.payload), 'utf8'); const signature = Buffer.from(cert.certificate.signature, 'base64'); // algorithm = null → pure Ed25519 (no pre-hash), exactly how Oktio.app signs const ok = verify(null, canonical, publicKey, signature); const fingerprint = createHash('sha256').update(canonical).digest('hex').slice(0, 16); console.log(ok ? 'signature valid' : 'SIGNATURE INVALID', fingerprint);
Any Ed25519 implementation works the same way — Go crypto/ed25519, Python cryptography, or openssl pkeyutl -verify with the SPKI-wrapped key. Compare your sha256(canonical) with canonicalHash first: if they differ, your canonicalization does not match RFC 8785.
Public certificate endpoints are limited to 60 requests per minute per IP (20 for @handle lookups). A certificate response is never cached (the live values in it are recalculated at most once every 10 minutes); the list of public keys may be cached for an hour. If you need volume access for tooling, get in touch.
Reports
Turn a campaign or a time period into a shareable performance report. It's the clean way to prove results after a sponsored post — the brand opens a public link and sees the numbers without needing an account.
- Summarize campaign performance for a specific period or set of posts.
- Share via a public link, or keep it private until it's ready.
- Great for proving deliverables and closing repeat collaborations.
Brand CRM
Manage collaborations end to end, so nothing slips through the cracks between the first DM and the paid invoice. Every inbound deal lands in a pipeline you move forward one stage at a time.
- Leads pipeline — track brands from first contact through to a closed deal, moving each lead across stages as the conversation progresses.
- Notes & unread badge — keep the context on every lead in one place, and see at a glance when a deal has something new that needs your attention.
- Collaboration — run a deal in one space you share with the brand: your offer, which the brand accepts, deliverables with deadlines, messages and files (scanned for malware before anyone can download them). The brand opens it with a link and a 6-digit PIN that you send yourself — no account needed — and sees only what you choose to show. When the offer is agreed, the collaboration keeps a signed snapshot of the numbers the deal was based on; posts you link to deliverables build a campaign report you can sign as an Oktio Verified snapshot. A payment request shows the brand a QR code for its banking app (CZK and EUR). Free includes 1 active collaboration; Oktio Pro removes the limit and adds deadline e-mails, automatic linking of your posts and invoices created in your own Fakturoid. Oktio.app itself never issues invoices.
Pricing, sponsorship tracking and the services in your Rate Card that feed your outreach live alongside Brand CRM in Monetization.
Growth & engagement tools
Beyond the numbers, Oktio.app gives you a toolkit to grow your audience and turn engagement into real moments with your community.
Giveaways
Giveaways lets you run fair, transparent giveaways straight from a post's comments. Point it at any of your posts and it pulls in every comment, then draws a single winner or several at random — perfect for "comment to win" campaigns where everyone can see the draw was honest. You can tighten the pool before you draw: require a keyword so only on-topic comments qualify, set an entry window so only comments left inside a time range are eligible, and switch on unique users only so each person counts once no matter how many times they commented. Draw again for runner-ups, or pick multiple winners at once.
Giveaways is free to use; the Free plan is capped at 15 draws a week, and Winner Videos at 1 a week. Oktio Pro removes both limits, so you can run giveaways as often as you like.
Winner Videos
Turn any giveaway draw into a high-energy animated winner video you can post to build hype. Rendering runs in the background: you kick off the job, watch a live preview, and it's tracked in a global video queue with a badge in the navbar so you always know when it's ready. Finished videos wait for you in your gallery, ready to download and share. Video rendering is free, with a per-plan quota.
Share the winner
Once you've drawn a winner, download the winner video from your gallery and post it to your Instagram Story or feed yourself — no design work. Oktio.app does not publish to Instagram on your behalf.
Auto-Replies PRO
Set up Instagram auto-reply rules that respond automatically to comments on the posts you choose (as a public reply or a private message to the commenter) or to direct messages that contain a keyword you define. A guided editor walks you through it — an overview of your rules, then the post (or the keywords) the rule applies to, then the response — and in comment rules AI can write each reply; a dry run shows the reply it would give to a sample comment before anything goes live. Auto-Replies are part of Oktio Pro; on the Free plan an existing auto-reply can only be paused. The Inbox (free for every account) shows the direct messages people send to your Instagram account and lets you reply straight from Oktio.app within Instagram's 24-hour reply window, mark threads as done and see unread counts at a glance.
A third rule type is the welcome message: the first time a person writes to you — a direct message, a reply to your story or a mention of you in theirs — Oktio.app sends them the welcome text you wrote, once. People you have already exchanged messages with do not get it, and you can limit it to people who follow you. Instagram does not tell an app when someone follows an account and does not let it message a person who has not written first, so the welcome goes out at that first contact, not at the moment of the follow. One welcome message per account; like every auto-reply it is part of Oktio Pro.
Bio Link
Give your followers a single Bio Link that you edit right inside Oktio.app, at oktio.link/yourname (or oktio.bio, oktio.me). All of it is free on every plan: 6 templates (Midnight, Paper, Aurora, Cover, Bento, Bold) with an accent colour, a button shape and the background you choose — a photo from your Instagram posts, a muted video loop from one of your Reels, or a photo or short clip you upload (every upload is checked before it shows, and a clip keeps its first 15 seconds); blocks for links (one of them in the Spotlight), section titles, YouTube, TikTok and Spotify embeds that load only after a tap, social icons, e-mail sign-ups, a promo code visitors copy with one tap and a row of your top posts; a stats block that shows your Oktio Verified numbers, signed, with a link anyone can use to check them; and a Work with me block with your media kit and an inquiry form — inquiries land in your Brand CRM. Any block can be shown only between two dates and times. The Statistics tab shows views, clicks, code copies, click-through rate, where visitors come from and their countries and devices for 7, 30 or 90 days, counted without cookies and without storing IP addresses, with a CSV download; a QR code of your page downloads as SVG or PNG. Just starting? Build the first version from your Instagram profile. Coming from another link-in-bio tool? Paste your old page into the import and review its blocks before they are added, and import your e-mail subscribers from a CSV file — or follow the step-by-step guide.
For brands, three more blocks: a Price calculator turns your Rate Card into an indicative range for the deliverables a brand picks and passes the pick to your Work with me form (never a binding quote); an Audience match tells a brand roughly what share of your audience fits its countries, ages and genders (labelled Oktio Verified only when it comes from your signed certificate); and Worked with lists finished collaborations only after someone at the brand confirmed them from a work e-mail address. A campaign page (oktio.link/yourname/campaign) holds one collaboration's offer, code and links for up to 180 days, always opens with the ad disclosure and is never indexed. For you: a story link for each Instagram story with its own statistics, a DM funnel step that sends people straight to one block of your page and counts who opened it and clicked, and a weekly tip with one concrete change for your page.
18+ pages and reports. A page that links to adult content has to be an 18+ page: you switch it on in the editor with three statements, the page moves to 18.oktio.link/yourname (the old address forwards for 14 days), visitors confirm their age first, link previews stay neutral and search engines never list it. 18+ links may point only to allowlisted platforms, or to your own sites once Oktio.app has approved them, and brands in your collaborations see that the page is 18+. Every public Bio Link has a Report link: anyone can report illegal content, the reporter gets a confirmation, a person reviews the report and every measure comes with a statement of reasons. The rules are in the Content rules and the Addendum for 18+ pages.
Audience, sentiment & timing
Know who your audience is, when they're paying attention, and how they feel about what you post.
- Audience Demographics & Geo Map — your followers broken down by country, city, age and gender, plotted on an interactive world map. Free.
- Followers Online (day & hour) — heat-style charts of exactly when your audience is online, so you can schedule posts for peak attention. Free.
- Comment Sentiment / Mood PRO — analyzes the comments on your content and sorts their tone into positive, neutral and negative, with an overall mood score across a window you set. It shows a "collecting data" state until enough comments are in. Part of Oktio Pro.
- Weather Context & Correlation — the ambient weather for your top audience cities, plus a correlation view that buckets the last 90 days of your posts by the weather at the moment they went live and shows each condition's engagement delta against your baseline (a bucket needs at least 3 posts to count). Free.
Smart Insights & AI signals
Smart Insights turn your raw numbers into recommendations — what to post, when, and what's about to move your audience — all grounded in your own account data.
Smart Insights
A deck of recommendation cards built from your account: your recommended posting time, the engagement mix that works for you, which content type to lean into, backup posting slots and more. Free accounts get teaser cards so you can see what's on offer; the full, unlocked insights are part of Oktio Pro, unlocked per insight.
Event Competition Radar (Attention Radar)
The flagship Smart Insight. The Attention Radar is a rolling timeline of upcoming public moments — movie and TV premieres, sports fixtures, cultural events — that compete for your audience's attention. Each event is tagged tailwind, headwind or neutral so you can ride the moments that lift you and avoid posting into a headwind. It's sourced from live event data such as TMDB and YouTube.
Hashtag Intelligence PRO
Sorts the hashtags you actually use into top performers, diminishing returns and hidden gems, based on the reach each one earns you — so you can drop the dead weight and double down on what's working. Part of Oktio Pro.
Growth Goals
Three editable 30-day goals — engagement rate, average reach and follower growth — pre-seeded from industry benchmarks so you start with a sensible target. Live progress bands show whether you're on track, approaching, behind or off track. Free to use.
Monetization
Oktio.app helps you price your work, prove your paid results and package what you sell — the money side of creating, working hand in hand with the Brand CRM.
- Rate Card — a suggested price for each deliverable, auto-calculated from your follower count, engagement tier and top audience country, so you walk into pricing conversations with a defensible number. It embeds straight into your media kit. Free.
- Sponsored Post Tracker — automatically detects your paid-partnership posts across the last 90 days and shows the reach uplift each one earned versus your organic baseline, so you can prove a campaign worked. Free.
- Brand CRM — the pipeline for inbound deals, with notes on every lead and an unread badge when something needs attention. Covered in full under Brand CRM. Free.
- Services in your Rate Card — a reusable list of the deliverables you offer, which feeds both your media kit and your Rate Card prices so everything stays consistent. Free to use; the Free plan holds 1 service, Oktio Pro removes the limit.
How the Rate Card arrives at its numbers — tiers, engagement buckets, audience premium and sources — is documented in Rate Card methodology.
Rate Card methodology
The Rate Card on your dashboard is a negotiation anchor, not a price list. Every number is derived from your own Instagram data with the formula below, so you can point at any figure in a brand call and explain where it comes from. The model is calibrated for the Czech and Slovak creator market; anything within about ±20 % of a suggested price is normal negotiation room.
The formula
feed post = followers × tier coefficient × engagement multiplier × audience premium
(tier coefficient × 1.25 when average reach ≥ 50 % of followers)
reel = feed post × 1.55
story frame = feed post × 0.35
3-post bundle = feed post × 2.70
range = median ± 35 %, rounded to 500 CZK / 50 EUR / 100 PLN
Follower count and top audience country come from your latest import; the engagement multiplier and the reach boost use your posts from the last 30 days.
1. Creator tier
Brand budgets grow with creator size, but the price per follower falls. A creator with 5 000 followers quoting 3 000 CZK per post earns 0.60 CZK per follower — a creator with 800 000 followers is not paid 480 000 CZK. The card therefore uses a per-follower coefficient that decreases by tier:
| Tier | Followers | Per follower (feed post) | Example median |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nano | under 10 k | 0.60 CZK | 5 000 followers → 3 000 CZK |
| Micro | 10 k – 100 k | 0.35 CZK | 35 000 followers → ~12 250 CZK |
| Mid | 100 k – 500 k | 0.18 CZK | 200 000 followers → ~36 000 CZK |
| Macro | 500 k and more | 0.10 CZK | 800 000 followers → ~80 000 CZK |
Every account gets a floor of 2 500 CZK per feed post, applied before the engagement multiplier, so a bigger account never quotes less than a smaller one; with the nano rate the floor is what you see below about 4 200 followers. Briefing, contract and asset review take a brand the same work whatever the creator's size. The amount is our own estimate of the smallest fee worth both sides' time.
2. Engagement multiplier
Engagement rate is judged relative to your tier — 3 % is average for a nano account but exceptional for a mid-tier one. Your 30-day engagement rate (likes, comments, saves and shares divided by your follower count) falls into one of four buckets, and the bucket is the label shown in the card's chip (for example „ER 4.2 % · strong“):
| Tier | Average from | Strong from | Exceptional from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nano | 3.6 % | 6 % | 9 % |
| Micro | 1.8 % | 3 % | 5 % |
| Mid | 0.9 % | 1.5 % | 3 % |
| Macro | 0.6 % | 1 % | 2 % |
Multipliers: below average 0.7×, average 1.0×, strong 1.3×, exceptional 1.8×. The thresholds and the multipliers are our own estimate; we found no published source that puts a price on engagement levels.
3. Reach boost
Brands pay for impressions, not follower counts. If your average post reach is at least half your follower count, Instagram is already distributing your content beyond your own audience and the per-follower coefficient gets a flat 1.25× boost. The threshold and the boost are our own estimate.
4. Content type
Everything is derived from the feed-post median:
| Deliverable | Multiplier | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Feed post | 1.00× | The baseline every other price is derived from. |
| Reel | 1.55× | Reels get algorithmic priority and discovery. 1.55× is our own estimate; the US baseline uses 1.25×, from the published 20–30 % Reel premium. |
| Story frame | 0.35× | A 24-hour shelf life, so one frame is priced at about a third of a feed post (our own estimate). |
| 3-post bundle | 2.70× | Three feed posts sold as a package, about 10 % below three single posts (our own estimate). |
5. Audience premium
Your currency follows your own market. The premium follows your audience, because that is what a brand is buying — a Czech creator with a mostly US audience should quote US-market rates.
| Top audience country | Premium |
|---|---|
| Czechia, Slovakia | 1.0× |

6. Range and rounding
Each price ships as a low – median – high band of ±35 % around the median, which leaves room to discount a long-term partnership and to charge extra for exclusivity or a rushed brief. Results snap to 500 CZK or 100 PLN steps, and in EUR and USD to 10 below 500 and to 50 above — brand pricing is always a round number.
US and international markets (Beta). If your account's market is the United States or the international market (outside the EU and EEA), the card is not converted from the Czech table: it uses a separate US baseline in USD, with its own per-follower rates, Reel and Story ratios and minimum price, calibrated on the 2026 per-tier median rates of Influencer Advisory (see Sources), and it rounds to $10 below $500 and to $50 above. The audience premium from step 5 is not added, because that baseline is already a US-audience price. The card is labelled Beta until enough accounts in that market let us check it against our own data. Everywhere else the table above applies, expressed in your currency at a fixed exchange rate.
Sources
- Influencer Advisory — “What Are Instagram Influencer Rates in 2026?”, 5 May 2026: median feed-post rates per tier from an agency's sample of 274 creator rates, reported by the creators themselves. The US baseline, its Reel and Story ratios and the tier boundaries come from it. The article names no market; its figures are in $.
- Our own calibration — the Czech table, the minimum price, the engagement thresholds and multipliers, the reach boost, the Czech Reel, Story and bundle multipliers, the audience premiums and the ±35 % range. These are informed estimates: we found no published per-tier Instagram rate table with a stated method for Czechia or the rest of Europe.
The Czech creator market has no standardised rate ledger, so treat the card as an informed estimate. The model is niche-agnostic and does not account for the brand's vertical either, and both can move the price. Use the card as the floor of the conversation, not the ceiling.
Account & platform
The essentials that sit under everything else — how you sign in, how your data stays current, and how you stay in control.
- Instagram-only login. You sign in with Instagram through OAuth, and your access token is encrypted at rest.
- Refresh on demand. Your data refreshes automatically on every plan; a manual refresh whenever you want is part of Oktio Pro.
- Automatic sync. Oktio.app keeps itself current in the background — media and insights sync concurrently, Stories roughly every 3 hours, and your token is refreshed automatically before it expires.
- GDPR account deletion. One action deletes your account and cascades across your media kits, Bio Link, Auto-Replies and reports.
- Full localization. The app — including public pages — is available in English, Czech, Slovak, Polish, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
- Billing you control. Payments run through Stripe, with a self-serve customer portal and invoices.
Access for managers
Do you work with a talent manager or an agency, or do you manage other creators' accounts yourself? A manager signs in with their own Instagram account and works in your account within the role you approve — you never share a password. Access for managers is free on every plan, and each profile keeps its own plan (Free or Oktio Pro).
Invite and accept
The manager creates an invite. In Settings → Access, the manager chooses the role they ask for and creates an invite link with a ready-to-send message. The link works once and is valid for 7 days.
The creator accepts. The creator opens the link and signs in with their own Instagram account. The invite page shows who is asking, for which role, and what that role can and can't do. Then the creator gives access or declines — nothing is shared then.
The manager switches profiles. In the account menu, under Switch profile, the manager moves between their own account and the profiles they manage. While they work in someone else's profile, a bar at the top shows whose account it is and the role, with a way back to their own account.
Have a second account of your own? Add it the same way: create an invite in one account and accept it signed in with the other.
Roles
| Role | What the manager can do |
|---|---|
| View only | Sees your statistics, media kits, reports, Bio Link, Brand CRM and collaborations, but can't change anything. Doesn't see DMs and the inbox, Auto-Replies, DM funnels, Giveaways, Winner Videos or Bio Link subscribers. |
| Manager | Sees and edits media kits, reports, Bio Link, Brand CRM, Collaboration, Oktio Verified, goals and Rate Card. No access to DMs and the inbox, Auto-Replies, DM funnels, Giveaways and Winner Videos, or Bio Link subscribers. |
| Full access | Everything you can do, including DMs, Auto-Replies, DM funnels, Giveaways, Winner Videos and Bio Link subscribers — except what no manager can ever do (below). |
What a manager can never do
Whatever the role, these stay with you as the account owner:
- Your plan and billing, and deleting the account
- Deciding who has access to the account, and connected apps such as the Claude connector
- Bank details, the Fakturoid connection and data export
- The account language, consent choices and the contact e-mail
- 18+ settings and logging out everywhere
An assistant connected through the Oktio.app MCP connector works only with the account that connected it, never with the profiles that account manages.
Activity log and removing access
- Activity log. In Settings → Access, open the Activity log to see what managers did in your account, including attempts their role refused. Entries are kept for 90 days and never include the content itself.
- Change or remove. In the same place, you change a manager's role or remove their access at any time. Removal takes effect within about a minute.
- Leaving. A manager can also stop managing a profile on their own, under Profiles I manage.
Connect to Claude (MCP)
MCP — the Model Context Protocol — is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude securely connect to external tools and data. Oktio.app ships an MCP server, so once you connect it, Claude can read your analytics and help you manage your account using your real Oktio.app data.
The connector works on every plan. On Free, Claude can do what the Free plan lets you do in the app, with the same limits; when one is used up, the tool says so and when it resets. Comment sentiment, hashtag analysis, creating or editing an auto-reply and switching an auto-reply or a DM funnel on are part of Oktio Pro.
1 · Find Oktio.app in Claude's connector directory
In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and search the directory for Oktio.app. Open the listing and choose Connect.
Or add it manually. On the same page, choose Add custom connector, give it a name (for example, Oktio.app) and paste the connector URL below. Both ways lead to the same connector.
https://api.oktio.app/v1/mcp-server
2 · Sign in and approve access
When you connect, Claude opens Oktio.app to sign in with Instagram and approve access using secure OAuth. You decide what Claude may do:
- Read (default) — lets Claude see your analytics, media-kit and report data.
- Write (optional) — the separate Manage your account checkbox. It lets Claude help create or update things, such as drafts. You can leave it unticked and still use all the read features.
You approve exactly what Claude can access, and nothing happens without your consent.
3 · Start asking
Once connected, Claude can work with your live Oktio.app data. Try prompts like:
You can revoke Claude's access at any time — remove the Oktio.app connector in Claude's settings, or disconnect from Oktio.app. See the FAQ for more.
4 · Use it in other AI assistants
The same connector works in other AI assistants that support MCP. You sign in with Instagram and approve access the same way, and the same plan rules apply.
- ChatGPT — add your own MCP server with the connector URL above (whether your ChatGPT plan allows it is up to OpenAI).
- Codex — run this in a terminal; Codex then opens the sign-in:
codex mcp add oktio-app --url https://api.oktio.app/v1/mcp-server - Mistral Le Chat (Vibe) — open Connectors → + Add Connector → Custom MCP Connector, enter a name without spaces, paste the connector URL above and choose Connect.
- Gemini — Google offers custom apps only to personal Google accounts in the US, in English, for now. Where it is available, open Settings → Connected Apps → Add a custom app at gemini.google.com and paste the connector URL above.
- VS Code with GitHub Copilot — run MCP: Add Server, choose HTTP and paste the connector URL above. Oktio.app is also in the official MCP Registry as
app.oktio/mcp.
Example prompts, what Claude can read and change, and what works on the Free plan are on the Oktio.app in Claude page.
Data export PRO
Data export lets you continuously copy the Instagram data Oktio.app collects into your own data warehouse or storage, so you can build custom dashboards, join it with other sources and keep a full history you own. Pick the destination that fits your stack — Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage or Amazon S3 — and you can run several exports side by side (e.g. BigQuery for analytics and S3 for a raw backup).
Setting it up
Open Data export. Go to the Data export section in the app and create a new export, then choose a destination technology.
Connect your destination. For BigQuery or Cloud Storage, paste a Google Cloud service-account key; for S3, enter your access key and secret. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown again. Use Test connection to verify access before your first run.
Pick your data and run. Choose which datasets to export, then let it run automatically each day — or trigger it on demand with Run now.
What you can export
- Analytics & profile. Account and follower KPIs, posts, reels and stories with their per-media metrics.
- Audience. Demographics by country, city, age and gender, plus when your followers are online.
- Comments & sentiment. Your comments with the computed sentiment breakdown.
- Reports. Your campaign reports.
- Messages (webhook events). Optional, off by default — turning it on requires an explicit acknowledgement because it can include third-party message content, which carries its own compliance responsibilities.
In BigQuery, data lands in day-partitioned tables prefixed oktio_, so each run adds a fresh dated snapshot and your warehouse becomes the long-term history layer. In Cloud Storage and S3, each run writes newline-delimited JSON (NDJSON) files under export_date=YYYY-MM-DD/, one per dataset — ready to load into a warehouse or query as an external table.
Grant the right permissions for your destination: BigQuery needs BigQuery Job User (project) + BigQuery Data Editor (dataset); Cloud Storage needs Storage Object Admin on the bucket; S3 needs s3:PutObject on the bucket. If a run reports a permission error, Test connection tells you exactly what's missing.

FAQ
Which Instagram account type do I need?
A Business or Creator account. Instagram's insights API doesn't provide analytics for personal accounts, so you'll need to switch to Business or Creator (it's free) in the Instagram app before connecting.
Is my data safe?
Oktio.app connects through Instagram's official API using OAuth, and only requests the permissions it needs to show your analytics. You stay in control and can disconnect at any time.
Can I revoke Claude's access?
Yes. Remove the Oktio.app connector in Claude's settings, or disconnect from Oktio.app. Claude's access is tied to the consent you granted, so revoking it stops further access.
What can Claude actually do with my account?
It depends on the scopes you approve. With the read scope, Claude can see your analytics, media-kit and report data. With the optional write scope, it can help create or update items such as drafts. You choose which scopes to grant, and you can grant read only.
Which languages is Oktio.app available in?
The Oktio.app interface is available in English, Czech, Slovak, Polish, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
What can Claude do on the Free plan?
What the Free plan lets you do in the app, with the same limits: your analytics for 7, 30 or 90 days or all time, media kits, campaign reports, Brand CRM, your Bio Link, DM funnel drafts, your collaborations and more. Only comment sentiment, hashtag analysis, creating or editing an auto-reply and switching an auto-reply or a DM funnel on need Oktio Pro.
