How it works
The creator issues a free certificate
They sign in to Oktio.app with Instagram and issue it in one click. The data comes from the Instagram Graph API with the creator's consent — not from scraping.
You get a QR code or a link
Every certificate has a code (oktio.app/v/7F3K-2QZP-8XLM), a QR code and a one-page PDF — and shows as a badge on the creator's public media kit.
Scan, compare, decide
The verification page shows the certified values next to the live values right now, the account identity and the status — signed by Oktio.app, so nobody can edit the numbers.
What the certificate contains
- Followers (all-time) and growth over 30 and 90 days from daily snapshots
- 90-day engagement: average interactions per post and engagement rate
- Average reach per post and reach rate
- Audience demographics — top countries, cities, age and gender (if the creator opts in)
- Issue date, 30-day validity, data source and methodology version — all digitally signed (Ed25519)
Manage your creators' accounts
For talent managers and agencies: sign in with your own Instagram account, create an invite link for a creator in Settings → Access and propose a role. The creator accepts with their Instagram account, and you switch between your own profile and the profiles you manage in the account menu — a bar at the top always shows whose account you are managing.

What does Oktio.app read from my Instagram, and why?
Oktio.app connects through Instagram Login and the official Instagram API — your own statistics are never scraped, and it never asks for your password. With your consent it reads your profile, posts, insights, audience demographics and comments, so it can show your analytics, build your media kit and issue your Oktio Verified certificate. If you use the Inbox, it also reads your direct messages. It requests these permissions: instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_insights, instagram_business_manage_comments and instagram_business_manage_messages. instagram_business_basic is needed to sign in; the other three you can decline in Instagram's consent dialog — the features that need them then stay off until you grant them.
Will Oktio.app post or reply on my behalf?
Only when you ask it to. Oktio.app sends a reply to a comment or DM only when you write it yourself in the Inbox or set up an auto-reply. Nothing goes out on its own.
Which Instagram accounts work with Oktio.app?
Instagram Business and Creator (professional) accounts. Personal accounts can't be connected, because Instagram only provides insights for professional accounts. Switching is free and takes a moment in the Instagram app: Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account.
How do I cancel?
Any time: in the app, open Plans and choose Manage subscription, which takes you to the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro until then and are not charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
If you live outside the EU and EEA, you can get a full refund of your first Oktio Pro payment within 7 days, on request (once per customer) — write to support@oktio.app. Consumers in the EU and EEA have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; if Pro started at your request before those 14 days ended, an amount proportional to the time used may be deducted. Apart from that and refunds required by law, payments are non-refundable; if you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is my data safe? Can I delete it?
Oktio.app is hosted in the EU, on Hetzner servers in Germany. Instagram access goes through Instagram's official login, so Oktio.app never sees your Instagram password, and payments run on Stripe, so Oktio.app never sees your card number. You can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings — see oktio.app/data-deletion for details.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you core analytics and insights, unlimited media kits, an Oktio Verified certificate and the Claude connector — no credit card needed — with these limits: 3 campaign reports, 1 service in your Rate Card, 1 active collaboration, 15 giveaway draws a week and 1 winner video a week. Pro removes those limits and unlocks the features marked PRO on this page, such as comment sentiment, Auto-Replies with AI replies, data export and full access from Claude. Pro is billed monthly or yearly; USD prices exclude tax, EUR, CZK and PLN prices include VAT — see Plans above for the current price.
