Method

How the estimate is calculated

The same model as the rate card in Oktio.app, step by step. Nothing is hidden: you can redo every number by hand.

  1. Your tier

    Nano: under 10,000 followers. Micro: 10,000–99,999. Mid-tier: 100,000–499,999. Macro: 500,000 and more.

  2. A price per follower

A feed post starts from a price per follower that falls as the account grows: a brand pays more per follower to a small account. Each market has its own table, shown below. Small accounts start from a minimum: 2,500 Kč on the Central European table, $100 on the US one.

  3. Your engagement

Low for your tier: ×0.7, average ×1.0, strong ×1.3, exceptional ×1.8. Strong starts at 6 % for nano, 3 % for micro, 1.5 % for mid-tier and 1 % for macro creators; exceptional at 9, 5, 3 and 2 %. Low is under 60 % of the strong mark. No rate counts as average.

  4. Your audience

Brands pay for the people a post reaches, so your audience's country counts, not yours. On the Central European table: Poland ×0.9; Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, the Benelux and the Nordics ×1.2. The United States, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world use the US table.

  5. The format

A Reel is 1.55 times a feed post (1.25 times on the US table), one Story frame 0.35 times (0.22 times), a bundle of three feed posts 2.7 times.

  6. A range, not one number

The range runs from 35 % below to 35 % above the middle, rounded the way prices are quoted: to 500 Kč, 100 zł, or 50 € / $ (10 under 500). Other currencies are converted at the Czech National Bank rate of 29 September 2026.

FAQ

Questions about pricing

How much should a micro influencer charge for a sponsored post?

With this model, a creator with 35,000 followers and an average engagement rate gets a middle of $550 for a feed post with a US audience — the median Influencer Advisory published for micro creators in 2026 — and 12,500 Kč with a Czech audience. Engagement, format and audience move it from there.

Why does engagement change the price so much?

Followers show how many people could see a post; engagement shows how many react to it. So the estimate goes up to 1.8 times for an exceptional engagement rate for your tier and down to 0.7 times for a low one.

Is this the price I should ask for?

Use it as a starting point. Things it doesn't know about — usage rights, exclusivity, deadlines, revisions, a long-term deal — are yours to price on top or to discount.

Are my numbers sent anywhere?

No. The calculation runs in your browser: nothing you type is sent or stored, and there is no Instagram login.
