FAQ
Questions about Oktio.app and ManyChat
Is Oktio.app a ManyChat alternative?
For Instagram comment and DM auto-replies, yes: keyword replies, a welcome message at the first contact and AI replies are part of Oktio Pro. If you also need WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, SMS or e-mail, ManyChat covers channels Oktio.app does not.
Is Oktio.app cheaper than ManyChat?
It depends on your audience. Oktio Pro is one flat price, $29 a month or $288 a year plus applicable taxes, however many people you reply to. As of October 2026, ManyChat's paid plans start at $17 a month ($14 billed annually) for 250 active contacts and charge for each extra contact, so a small account can pay less there and a busy one more.
Can Oktio.app message people when they follow me?
No. Instagram does not tell Oktio.app when someone follows you and does not let it message a person who has not written first. The welcome message goes out the first time someone sends you a message, replies to your story or mentions you, once per person.
Can I use Oktio.app and ManyChat together?
Technically, yes: both can be connected to the same Instagram account. If you use both for auto-replies, set them up on different posts or keywords, so nobody gets two replies to the same comment or message.
Is there a free trial of Oktio Pro?
No. The Free plan is permanent, so you can try everything outside Pro first. Consumers in the EU and EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal; elsewhere the first Pro payment is refunded on request within 7 days.
Auto-replies, analytics and verified stats in one place.
